Don’t Fret… Everything will be ok…
I often find myself overthinking about things. A disagreement, a disappointment, a betrayal, a lie… I tend to worry and imagine the worst of things that could happen and turn this onto me… Am I good enough? Why is this happening to me? Then you start destroying yourself and find yourself crying in the shower for something that may not even happen. You hold on to this feeling for longer than it deserves… Why are we doing this to ourselves?
We need to let go, move with the flow and deal with it as it arises. Why bring those feelings ahead of time? They may not be necessary.
Don’t fret and take the day as it comes and move on.
