Another week went by and I feel I haven’t seen it pass by! This week was an insane week at work and I was exhausted, but I still managed to do my minimum workout of 3 times this week.
It went pretty well all considered, but on Thursday, when doing my weight training, I hurt my back somehow. Not really sure how to be honest, it happened suddenly. It didn’t stop me from finishing my week though. I was lucky that I have done my upper body workout prior to it happening. Also, it is in a spot that it didn’t prevent me from running which I am glad.
This week I stuck to the 3 mins running and 1-minute walk, but I was able to increase my speed a bit which I am happy about. Since I was dying doing it, I think I will stay with this rhythm this week and see how it goes.
I think I found why I was so tired in the past few weeks, yesterday cold symptoms started to show up and I am not feeling 100% today. I am hoping that with some rest tonight that it will get better and that it won’t prevent me from doing my workouts this week.
I guess I will take it day by day. 🙂
If something prevents you from doing something, change it up, slow down and/or modify to make it work! Perseverance is the key!
