#FitnessJourney: Improvements doesn't only show on the scale.

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a great week! Mine was good but didn’t get the chance to go to the gym as many times as usual. We had a short week and the gym wasn’t open that day and it was raining so I couldn’t go outside for a run.

Had an MRI late this Friday night and an eye exam on Saturday, so no gym this weekend, but at least I ran a 5 km outside. It actually felt great to test it outside. At the beginning of this journey, I felt like my body didn’t want to move and felt like I was carrying a heavyweight. This time it was different, it was great! I felt free and it was so much easier to run. I didn’t run intervals this time, I ran the whole 5 km! I guess although it didn’t go the way it should have, I still saw some improvement this week.

I think running intervals at an incline on the treadmill is helping a lot.

I will keep going with the 3 mins run and 1 min walk this week and maybe will switch the training next week if all goes well.
