Since we had a long weekend this week here in Canada, we decided to tackle a little home improvement project.
Our entrance hallway had this rock texture vinyl wall that my husband hated and I would be honest that it started to be old, outdated and was time for a change.
We decided to take it down, painting the wall white to make the hallway look a bit bigger and we decided to try this DIY Industrial Pipe Shelf project with plumbing hardware and a wood plank that I found on Pinterest. 🙂
Here is a before picture:
and now the final Result!
Let me tell ya, I am so happy with the way it turned out! I love it. It is now way cleaner, it was not a costly home improvement and it makes a whole lot of difference!
The overall cost of the whole change which included paint, putty, the plumbing hardware, screws, a paintbrush, a paint roll, a plastic tray liner, a new mirror and hook and this little plant that we found at HomeSense for no more than $200.
If you’re interested in the shelf price, it costs no more than $20!
I find it looks pretty cool too!!!
